    Cultural strategist, writer, producer, & real estate developer, Anasa Troutman is living a life driven by love, and committed to cultivating safe, abundant, joyful communities through storytelling, community building, and strategic investment.

    Working at the intersection of culture and the economy, Anasa is founder and leader of The Big We, Big We Foundation, Big We Capital, and Historic Clayborn Temple, home of the 1968 Sanitation Workers’ Strike in historically South, Black Memphis. Leaning into the future of social impact, her cultural wellness framework and culture shift methodology come together to create a pathway towards healing, justice, and abundance.

    Focused on the wellbeing of Girls & Womxn as well as Black, Indigenous, LatinX, and AAPI communities, Anasa’s vision for a well culture is often translated into just and loving public policy and community programs propelled by her own practice of creativity, connection and social innovation.

    Through Culture Shift and Culture Shift 101, Anasa has taught thousands of artists, organizers, and leaders the power and practice of culture and narrative based social impact strategies. Anasa’s unique brilliance and beautiful heart has given her access to some of the country’s most important cultural, political & social justice spaces, providing strategic and creative support to leaders including; the Kellogg Foundation, The Highlander Center, The National Black Arts Festival, India.Arie, Kat Taylor, and Sony Music, and has been invited twice to the White House by the Obama administration to advise on cultural policy.

    Princeton James is a writer, director, producer, and actor who has several credits including the Award-winning plays such as The Royal Family, Full Course Love, A Mother’s Love, The Principal’s List, A Soulful Murder Mystery Dinner Theater Experience, and more.

    A native of Coldwater, Mississippi, Princeton has always had a reverence for performing. Appearing in his first commercial at the age of ten, he was intrigued by the creative process.

    Following a more traditional educational path, Princeton graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Mississippi and initially started his career in business management eventually becoming a Regional Financial Representative with a Fortune 500 company in the Atlanta area.

    Although Princeton had career success in the corporate world, he continued to be drawn to his creative aptitude eventually moving into stage performance. As an actor, James has performed in several stage and film productions including The Dutchman, directed by the legendary Woody King at the Atlanta Theatre Festival and the Baz Brothers produced-film, Making Moves, he is also featured in the Netflix film, Uncorked directed and written by Insecure’s Prentice Penny. He has also been featured in a pilot for BET and made his network debut as a co-star on NBC’s Bluff City Law. .

    James founded the Princeton James Project which birth the Arts Enrichment Camp using the performing arts as a catalyst to develop life skills within the youth of underserved communities. The project impacted 350 children in it’s first year of 2018. Princeton aims to engage audiences with inspirational productions that focus on family, love, passion, and faith.
